Box 2:

This box is about sensory things that have had an impact to my life. I have always struggled with certain touches, sounds, and sights- in a way that differs to most other people.

Many people on the autism spectrum have difficulty processing everyday sensory information. Any of the senses may be over- or under-sensitive, or both, at different times. These sensory differences can affect behaviour, and can have a profound effect on a person’s life.

In particular, my over-sensitive senses are sounds and touch. This box is another view into my life and how I view the world and certain objects.
