We all experience different types of people within ourselves; those days that you think “I’m just not being myself today” for example, are what influenced my current practice. More often than not I feel like this self I am experiencing is just temporary and the symptoms of social anxiety I exert is not really me.. but it is- it just isn’t my defining self. I use my art to discover more about myself and the ways social anxiety affects me.
